Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this website.
Last updated October 8, 2026
These are the terms for using the Atlas Industries website. They are written to be read. Work we do for clients is covered by its own written agreement, not by this page.
1.About these terms
This website, atlasindustries.xyz, is run by Atlas Industries ("Atlas", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2.What this website is
The site describes our event production, merchandise and custom fabrication work and lets you get in touch with us. Everything on it is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise that a service, date or venue is available.
3.Working with us
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement or statement of work that we both accept, which sets out the scope, price, payment terms and cancellation terms. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
4.Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please do not:
- Break the law or anyone's rights while using it.
- Try to gain access to systems or data you are not allowed to reach, or interfere with how the site works.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it.
- Send us spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
- Pretend to be us or suggest we endorse you when we do not.
5.Our content
The Atlas name and logo, and the text, design, photographs, video and other material on this site, belong to Atlas Industries or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business use. Please ask before you reuse our photos, video or designs anywhere else.
6.Client and partner names and logos
Names, logos and trademarks of clients, sponsors, venues and partners belong to their owners. They appear here to describe work we have done or events we were part of. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse every statement on this site. If you own a mark shown here and would like it changed or removed, email us.
7.Event photos
Some images show guests at events we produced. If you are in an image and want it removed, write to us and we will handle it. Our Privacy Policy explains more.
8.Not financial advice
We produce events for companies in crypto and decentralised finance. Mentions of protocols, tokens, products or companies on this site describe our event work only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or use any asset or service.
9.Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as event registration pages and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
10.No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it is free of errors, that it will always be online, or that event details shown for past or upcoming events are complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
11.Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlas Industries and its owners, team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, that comes from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud. Liability for services we deliver is set by the written agreement for those services.
12.Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. When we change the terms, we update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.
13.Governing law
Atlas Industries is established in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Atlas Industries is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located there handle any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that cannot be waived.
If one part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
